neighborhood. - We send you complete accounting statement each month along with copies of
all invoices paid out of your account - We survey maintenance problems, lawn care and more. We take the
necessary measures to correct any problems - We do drive by inspections of all vacant units bi-weekly.
- We photograph each property prior to or at tenant move out inspections.
Photographs are useful as evidence of property condition for the accounting of
tenant security deposit refunds.
